As Communications Manager at Junckers Industrier you will be responsible For the overall external and internal communications oF Junckers within the business areas: Sport, Lacquer & Oil, Commercial Floors and Consumer Floors.
With direct report to Global Head oF Marketing & Customer Service you will be part oF the marketing team in driving the sustainability communications agenda Forward.
Your main tasks will be:
Your qualiFications are at least 3 years oF practical experience From a similar position. Experience with stakeholder management and CSR/Sustainability will be an advantage.
You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related Field, and must be Fluently in English both written and spoken.
You are a person with very strong written and verbal communication skills, including a clear writing style. You are creative and used to preparing and delivering presentations and other written material to stakeholders. You are analytical, have a strong commercial and strategic mindset and understand how to inFluence and communicate internally and externally. Moreover, you have a high level oF integrity. The candidate must be a proactive and extrovert person, who thrives with a large network both within the group and externally.

- Content creation

- Writing, editing, and producing content, including articles, blog posts, e-publications, newsletters, website content, videos, and other marketing material that communicates Junckers’ activities and products with Focus on sustainability
- Support customer journeys with content and develop mail Flows in order to create new leads and generate sales
- Write user- and customer-oriented web pages to ensure conversions and to improve SEO rankings
- Create and prepare communication plans, as well as measure and evaluate our eFForts to improve this area
- Internal communication

- Internal communication according to the initiatives in Junckers’ Strategy 2025 Plan
- Editor/owner oF the bi-monthly internal newsletter
- Build strong relations with internal key stakeholders to communicate the activities around the sustainable agenda and interview relevant parties in the organisation
- Webinars

- Facilitate and run regular Webinars internally and externally with Focus on one oF our business areas and sustainability
- Find relevant internal and external key note speakers to speak at our webinars, e.g. artictects, interior designers, building owners etc
