About the position
GANT Denmark is moving into a highly expansive phase and we are looking for a PR & Marketing Manager that wants to play a crucial part of this exciting journey and support this expansion. The PR & Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand image and awareness for GANT on the Danish market as well as driving traffic to our online and retail stores. This is a broad assignment including PR relations, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media Strategies & Placements, Events, Collaborations and Trade Marketing.
You will report to the Nordic Marketing Director and will work in close collaboration with the GANT Denmark team as well as GANT’s Global Marketing Department to ensure that all activities are successfully executed and aligned with global guidelines and local goals.

To master this role, you need to be passionate and skilled within Marketing Communications, PR, Project Management and Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities
To master this role, you need to be passionate and skilled within Marketing Communications, PR, Project Management and Trade Marketing.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute PR & Marketing strategies and initiatives for GANT Denmark.
- Localize our Global Marketing Initiatives.
- Manage and execute on sponsorships and events.
- Establish and maintain great relationships with local key PR contacts and handle daily media inquiries.
- Constantly develop new ideas on how to generate buzz around the brand locally and stay informed of trends in social media and industry related news.
- Initiate, manage and execute on collaboration projects, campaigns and activations for GANT Denmark.
- Define long-term collaboration roadmaps and plans for Wholesale accounts.
- Write texts and copy from scratch (Danish) and translate global PR texts (English).
- Coordinate global initiatives for Social Media and execute local implementation for GANT Denmark’s Facebook page.
- Responsible for seeding and collaborations with Danish premium & micro influencers.
- Responsible for monitoring PR results and follow up KPI´s.
- Develop and proofread copy for various projects and channels (e.g. invitations, newsletters, digital and printed ads).
- Work in close collaboration with our Wholesale Key Account Managers to provide necessary marketing support.
- Create various marketing material in InDesign.
- Create desktops and signage for our retail stores.
- Order marketing material to Wholesale accounts.
Your skills
We are looking for someone who has a strong inner drive and is genuinely passionate about fashion and marketing, combining a creative and businesslike mindset.
- 4 - 5 years of relevant and successful work experience within marketing communications, PR, project management, brand building or related field.
- University Degree within Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Keynote, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communicator.
- Great project management skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while still collaborating within a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times.
- Will be required to travel to support events and activities at times.
