QuadSAT is currently revolutionising the satellite industry with a new antenna test solution that couples drone technology with an advanced radio payload. Our technology fields are drone and robotics technology, radio frequency and software. QuadSAT has a good track record with industry leading satellite companies and work closely with the European Space Agency.
We are searching for a Technical Writer to join our team in Odense. You will be a part of a young and international team of enthusiastic engineers in a fast and agile R&D and product development environment. At QuadSAT there is space to be creative and make a big impact with your skills and knowledge by shaping future solutions.

Description
This role would primarily entail developing high quality documents with multiple stakeholders within QuadSAT. You will be the driver of framing the process of technical documentation creation. You will need to work collaboratively and precisely to produce documents for a multitude of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in designing and implementing a structured process for composing technical documentation.
- Create and deliver documentation in collaboration with our Software and Robotics teams.
- Proactively seek out information by interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organisation in order to produce high quality documentation.
- Create targeted content for specific audiences.
- Review and revise documents to achieve desired quality standards.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across teams to determine what content is required.
Essential Skills/ Knowledge
- Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, enabling you to communicate integrate technical information in an unambiguous manner.
- You have experience writing and managing technical documents.
- English is our company language, so we expect you to be fluent in English (oral and written).
- You hold great collaboration and communication skills and can seamlessly interact within a team environment and with customers.
Preferred Knowledge
- Your formal education is not important although we envision that you have a master’s in communication, Cand.Negot or similar.
- You thrive in an environment with various stakeholders and tasks whilst proactively prioritising these tasks in a structured way.
- You are naturally detail oriented and possess high attention to detail.
