We are looking for a copywriter and project manager to help tell the stories about our workplace to current and future employees
You will become part of our communications team of six in Denmark and four in Poland. We collaborate closely across borders, covering employer branding and external, internal and customer communications. You will be based in Roskilde, reporting to Area Director of Communications Jens Møller Nielsen.

bec is a large, cooperatively owned company providing safe and straightforward banking technology for 20-30 percent of Danish bank customers. We are undergoing fast evolution with new management, strategy, ways of working, name, and visual identity.
In both Denmark and Poland, we are increasing our focus on internal employee experience and retaining great colleagues. In Poland, we are also recruiting many new colleagues, increasing our need for external employer branding.
You will enjoy a close collaboration with three Polish colleagues with similar tasks – one experienced and two new team members like you. We believe in “One bec”, aligning our brand and activities across locations with room for local variation.
In general, you will be able to work within normal business hours, although there will also be peak periods. You will get to visit Warsaw occasionally.
We enjoy a flexible work-life balance and attractive benefits under the collective agreements in the Danish financial sector. We have very good possibilities for working from home a couple of days most weeks.
Primary tasks and responsibilities
bec’s employer brand and employee experience will be your primary responsibility. You will produce, advise on, and project manage communications both internally to current employees and externally to potential employees.

You have a degree in communications and probably more than four to five years of experience in communications. Experience from tech or banking would be nice, but not necessary.
As a person, we expect you to identify with the following:
Some other nice-to-have skills in our team could be video production, basic layout skills in Adobe InDesign, and/or experience with WordPress.
We communicate in English with our colleagues and in employer branding. We communicate in Danish with our customers. You must master English at a high level both in writing and orally – and preferably Danish too.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Communications advisor on internal communications projects, especially related to our workplace, culture, and employee experience.
- Managing our Danish/global social media (LinkedIn and Facebook), collaborating and sharing content with colleagues managing our Polish social media.
- Writing engaging copy and producing simple visuals for social media and more.
- Danish communications lead on recruitment campaigns for our talent/graduate program.
- Expanding our employer branding from external marketing to internal storytelling across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Ensuring engaging content with close alignment to our brand platform, visual identity, and strategic priorities.
- On key issues, creating communications products yourself – on other issues, empowering colleagues in our organization to communicate themselves.
- Like the rest of our helpful team, you will help out in other communications areas as needed.
- Depending on your skills, you could also become involved in our WordPress website, visual identity, video production, and more.

- Motivated by and thriving with a mix of both urgent communications tasks and longer projects.
