Student Assistant to Hearing Instruments Group
Are you looking for an exciting student job where you can use your expertise from your studies and relevant work experience? Are you interested in Organization & Communication and support across an international organization? Then you may be our new Student Assistant in the Demant’s Hearing Instruments Group’s Strategy, Project & Management Office with focus on internal Communication tasks.
About the job
You will become part of Strategy & Program Management Office in the Hearing Instruments Group (HIG) of Demant and work in close collaboration with many stakeholders. More specifically, you will be conducting the internal communication year wheel, have the co-responsibility with your team about the SharePoint sites across the organization, support on different projects and have own smaller projects with the organizations Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied.
Some of the tasks include:
• SharePoint support to and maintenance for functions and their VP's/SVP's incl HIG's own
• Providing general administrative support, such as maintaining contact lists, distribution lists
• Assisting with the coordination of HIG Communication meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes (Town Halls, HIG Talks, Events)
• Support on drafting and editing internal and external communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and reports.
• Coordinating Communication calendars and managing correspondence.
• Supporting HIG Function leads ad-hoc
Your background and personal competencies
You are studying on a relevant education and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in a Corporate Communication. We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. In addition, you have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are very well experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working efficiently and taking responsibility is second nature to you.
In order to achieve growth in your new role, you possess the following qualities:
· Speak and write English fluently
· Excellent at communicating complex issues
· Have a service minded attitude
· Experienced user of Microsoft Office
· Self-driven attitude with high quality of deliveries
We expect you to work +16 hours per week and we offer a flexible workhour environment to match your studies.
