Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Nordic Communications Manager. This can be based in any of our Nordic markets (Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Oslo) and reports to HR and Communications Director for the Nordics. You will work closely with the rest of Verisure’s growing global and local communications team members and have high visibility with our cluster and country Management Teams.
The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. It will participate in the development and management of the Nordic Group communication strategies, content and activities for Verisure and be instrumental in advancing our Communications support of Verisure’s growth agenda.

The Nordic Communications Manager will have a broad impact on internal and external communications with a focus on content creation, development and project managing a number of cluster initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
• Development and execution of communication activities including high-quality written, video, and audio content (ie: plans, presentations, messaging, talking points, Q&As, web content, Town Halls, videos etc)
• Write, review, revise, and edit content for a variety of audiences (including media releases and external statements as needed) across the Nordic Markets
• Develop and manage internal communications plans and campaigns in support of key internal projects and change management efforts
• Represent communication on specific project teams and lead in your area of expertise (e.g. Sustainability, Social Media, Diversity & Inclusion)
• Provide ongoing and meaningful measurement reports to determine communication effectiveness
• Ensure an appropriate internal and external emergency and crisis response
• Provide strategic counsel and expertise to leaders and their teams on communications needs

Experiences and Qualifications
We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s Nordic cluster growth and transformation goals.
As result we are looking for a high potential / top performer individual who will combine a solid communications track record with strong project management skills and a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business and its people. The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler.
• Circa 7 years into their career, with experience at senior level in internal/ external corporate communication roles gained in a global, fast paced, and commercially focused organizations
• English speaker with international experience and fluency in at least 1 Nordic language
• Successful education track record with University degree Qualification(s) in business and/or communications-related subject(s)
• Experience in managing dedicated projects with minimum guidance and in an autonomous manner
• Experience at senior level in copywriting and project management
• Proven business and commercial acumen, optimizing communications impact on the business and its people
• Strong awareness and understanding of the different social media platforms
• Strong command of Powerpoint
• Experience in working on Sustainability programs is a plus
• Experience of working in international environment and with diverse and remote teams

• Strategic and global thinking approach, coupled with effective management skills, including planning and decision making - proven track record of getting things done and leading projects to measurable impact
• High EQ and level of judgment - strong, confident yet humble leader that exerts influence through value add leadership. Ability to interact at all levels, and manage interactions with the senior leadership
