On behalf of Lantmännen Unibake, we are looking for a dedicated Global Brand Marketing Manager to drive and develop their global B2B and B2C brand portfolio. In this key role, you will help shape and implement their global brand strategy and strengthen their brands.
Your primary responsibilities
As Global Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing Lantmännen Unibake’s global brand portfolio. You will collaborate with local units, Corporate Communications, Digital, and cross-functional teams to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across markets. Your work will focus on both B2B and B2C branding, where you will develop and implement strategies that enhance Lantmännen Unibake’s brands globally, and as project leader, spearhead international trade fairs and events.
You will lead the development of global communication concepts and campaigns, including digital platforms, ensuring that brand messages are tailored to individual markets and target audiences. In addition, you will monitor and evaluate brand performance and continuously support local units in optimizing marketing efforts. You will also establish a Global Forum for Brand Managers to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets, creating synergies and scalable solutions to facilitate content sharing across the Group.
An essential part of your role is to drive brand excellence, ensure efficient use of brand budgets, and strengthen overall brand management in collaboration with the local teams. You will also work closely with legal and financial departments to ensure proper handling of trademark rights, IP, and compliance.
Expect travel of approx. 30-40 days/year.

The candidate profile
- At least 10 years of experience in international B2B branding.
- In-depth knowledge of repositioning B2B product brands and corporate branding.
- Strong understanding of 360-degree communication tools, including digital marketing.
- Experience in global and regional roles as well as brand portfolio management.
- Proven track record in leading formal and informal cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English with strong commercial business acumen.
- Experience in the food industry and FMCG is an advantage.
