Do you find it natural to organize, coordinate and communicate across borders and cultures? Then consider applying for the role as PA to the CEO at Maersk Container Industry (MCI) located at our global headquarter in Tinglev.

You will be joining a global organisation in a well-established and informal company. At MCI you will have a mix of traditional PA tasks and drive the internal communication across the organization. We are highly motivated and enjoy working hard as a team to achieve outstanding results. Ultimately, as the Personal Assistant to the CEO you can make a positive impact across the organisation.

Key responsibilities


As Personal Assistant you will
• Manages the CEO’s appointment calendar and independently schedules appointments
• Overall responsible for the internal communication – everything from idea-generating to execution
• Collaborate with the marketing department on communication synergies
• Event coordination and management
• Hosting the monthly global townhalls for the organisation
• Preparing and document meetings
• Managing travel coordination and expenses
• Provides ad hoc assistance related to compliance reporting, various projects and other initiatives

We are looking for


The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior managers, be highly organized, creative and have excellent communication skills.
Besides that, it is necessary being proficient in Microsoft 365

As a person you are service minded and good in structuring your working day, always with a forwarding planning mindset and an eye for detail. You have a strong team spirit and prioritize to be a good colleague - thereby contributing to the creation of motivation and a strong team spirit. Building relations to external and internal contacts comes natural to you
