We, at Plecto are looking for a communication talent, that excels at making simple explanations for complex use cases. Our goal is to build a world class business performance platform that enables our customers to grow their businesses. Part of having a world class product is also to have world class product documentation, and this is where you come into the picture.
You will be working closely with the product team, from design phase through launch, ensuring that everything we do is documented in a comprehensive, yet easy to understand way on our help site. In other words you will be talking to developers, user experience designers and internal stakeholders, as well as testing out new features during the development while documenting the upcoming feature along the way.
You will be given the opportunity to have a huge impact for both Plecto and especially our customers, enabling them to succeed with their goals of using Plecto, by making the product more accessible and enabling them to measure the KPI’s they need to be successful with their businesses.
You bring to the table, a passion and a talent for writing help articles, including creating illustrative screenshots and small explainer videos.

What you bring
- Very good english skills, in both speech and writing.
- The ability to understand and communicate complex software features in an easy and illustrative way.
- Experience creating and editing content for the web.
- This could be your first job, or you could be more experienced. The single most important thing is your passion for creating helpful content and guides.
- Experience working in a SaaS company is a plus.
