Randstand is looking for a Skype for Business consultant to support a professional service operational team in installing new services - maintaining 24/7 service and supporting customers.
#Job description, tasks
The Skype for Business consultant will be responsible for:
• You will be level 3 engineer and work close in a team.
• You will troubleshoot and identify errors and ensure knowledge database to support level 1 & 2 to secure fast incident handling.
• You will work with our SO teams from office and home – sometimes onsite with customer to secure the best customer service and experience.
• Follow up on incidents/service requests with some of the largest customers in DK and other countries.
• Installing new customer solutions.
• Migrating customers to Teams.
• Installing / implementing Office 365 + Gateways and more.
• Help maintain Profit & Loss picture for team.
#Requirements
• Enterprise level technical experince with design, configuration, migration and implementing office 365, SFB, Teams, Exchange Online, SQL, Sharepoint and other office 365 products.
• Strong knowledge in voice products like gateways and traditional telephony.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, structured approach to work.
• Goal orientated, professional attitude.
• Must be able to work independently but also a teamplayer to work close with our 24/7 team.
• Great English/Danish verbal and written skills.
• Position is based in Aarhus but travel to Copenhagen or other locations may be required when relevant.
• Experince in pre-sales roles would be preffered.

• ITIL Certified is an advantage
• Service Now experience is an advantage
