As a fast-growing, multinational consultancy company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Consultant, to provide operational asset management advisory for clients in some of the largest infrastructure investments globally.

At PEAK Wind you will join a motivated and competent team, that constantly aim to provide market-leading advisory that challenge the status quo.
High Quality Contract Management and Negotiation of Key Operational Contracts
You will be based at one of our offices in Denmark (Copenhagen or Aarhus) and will play a key role in providing our clients with business-critical consultancy support for operational assets. You will be part of a small team and report directly to PEAK Winds Director of Asset Management.
As our new Senior Operations Consultant, your responsibilities will cover a broad range of tasks including negotiation of key operational contracts, like OEM Service Agreements and Operational Management Agreements. You will be responsible for contract management support, including handling of commercial claims throughout the project lifecycle, holistic commercial management of technical and operational issues and managing End of Warranty projects. You will be involved in executing operational budget reviews, benchmarking against the latest industry best-practice and off-take analysis, including PPA and hedge performance assessment.
Your role will be to act as Owner’s representative, ensuring that Owners maximize the commercial value of their assets, by drawing on the knowledge from subject matter experts within the PEAK Wind organisation.
Commercially Savvy Operations Consultant with an Operational Awareness
We expect that as a minimum, you have a university degree but more importantly, we are looking for someone that has a technical understanding, operational awareness and is commercially savvy. We expect that you have at least three years of professional, post-education experience in a similar role and bring demonstrated experience, from operational management of large renewable energy infrastructure projects.
Learning Agile, Ability to Simplify Complexity and Client Focused
As a person you are learning agile and eager to become part of a team of dedicated interdisciplinary problem-solvers. The renewable’s business is evolving at a fast pace, and teamwork and knowledge sharing is essential to ensure we remain at the forefront of the latest industry trends. You must possess the ability to turn complex issues into simple and easily understandable messages, that help our clients in their decision-making process. As PEAK Wind and our clients work globally, we are looking for someone with an international mindset and someone who is fluent, both verbally and written in English (Danish is not a requirement). To succeed in this role, you will also need to be able to work independently and build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in our clients’ organisations.
