People & Culture Global P&C Operations HR IT & Continuous Improvement
HR IT & Continuous Improvement is a department in Vestas' HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HRIT solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are strongly interlinked:
Responsibilities
You will be part of team focusing on HR Operations Systems, which include the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, SAP HCM, EIC ticket solution, payroll systems etc. Your primary role will be within SuccessFactors Employee Central where you will support the daily maintenance of the system. From daily updates of tables and objects in the system to smaller configurations and change request. Also contact person to our regional teams, who maintain the data, supporting them on technical issues within the systems.

You either by your experience or from your recently achieved IT degree have what it takes to enter this position and make a difference fast. However, it would be an advantage to have:

You are an IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for how systems work and how they are built. You are a fast learner when it comes to understanding the logic of a system both from a user perspective but also form the technically perspective.

HR IT & Continuous Improvement is a department in Vestas' HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HRIT solutions within our decided platforms. - Driving Continuous Improvement projects within HR
- HR IT solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT, and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes
- The team is implementing a new HR system, SuccessFactors and we are in the final stages of the program. For the solution, SuccessFactors, we are changing our support model and the HR IT will take over the full support and maintenance
Responsibilities
You will be part of team focusing on HR Operations Systems, which include the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, SAP HCM, EIC ticket solution, payroll systems etc. Your primary role will be within SuccessFactors Employee Central where you will support the daily maintenance of the system. From daily updates of tables and objects in the system to smaller configurations and change request. Also contact person to our regional teams, who maintain the data, supporting them on technical issues within the systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Update of tables and objects in the system
- Configuration and change request handling
- Test script maintenance and test of system
- Technical support to regional teams
- Handling and keeping the overview of a large amount of data
Qualifications
You can come with various backgrounds. You could:
- Be newly graduated with an IT degree, and now ready to apply your technical skills, or
- Simply see this as a career opportunity for you to grow your IT technical skills from the IT supporter job you hold today
You either by your experience or from your recently achieved IT degree have what it takes to enter this position and make a difference fast. However, it would be an advantage to have:
- Experience from HR systems like SuccessFactors or other cloud-based solutions and/or SAP HCM
- Excellent Excel skills
Competencies
You are an IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for how systems work and how they are built. You are a fast learner when it comes to understanding the logic of a system both from a user perspective but also form the technically perspective.
In general, you can recognise yourself in being:
- A fast learner
- A good team player but able to work independently with your own deliverables
- IT technical mindset and experience
- Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems
- Good at verbal and written English
