About the department
You will be part of the department in Novo Nordisk that establishes and executes the corporate training strategy and develops effective and efficient training within the quality management system, making it as easy and simple as possible to assure patient safety, high quality products and regulatory compliance across the company.
The team you join consists of six highly competent and experienced Training Development Consultants and Specialists. In the team we strive for operational excellence via a relentless focus on stakeholders’ needs, a strength-based cooperation and an environment where everybody help and inspire each other to succeed, grow and develop.
The job
As Training Development Consultant, you drive the development and design of cutting edge training solutions and programmes satisfying and simple to end-users and stakeholders. You perform and facilitate training need analyses and training maturity assessments. You develop Train-The-Trainer programmes and train/coach trainers. You conduct and oversee training delivery and always ensure the right level of evaluation to improve training offerings and learning solutions.
Your work is often carried out in global and strategically important quality improvement projects. In these projects, you establish and drive the business case pertaining to the training activities and lead the project group towards full realization of the value-adding impact. You speak with data and seek fact-based discussions while you naturally engage and include a wide range of stakeholders from all levels of the company. You also act as a Novo Nordisk representative in interactions with external learning technology vendors, e.g. e-learning and VR/AR companies.
Finally, with your closest colleagues you support the development and execution of the training process strategy in Novo Nordisk. You provide analytic support, tools and expert advice to management and process experts to ensure development and delivery of effective and simple learning activities across the healthcare regulated processes in the company. Consequently, an important part of your job will also be to provide stakeholders with guidance on current healthcare regulations within training.

Qualifications
As a minimum you hold a Master’s degree within Organizational Development, Psychology, Adult Education or similar. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing competence development programs in international, and preferably also regulated, organisations. You have continuously supplemented your academic degree with training in other relevant areas such e.g. Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigma and/or cGxP. Experience with a range of digital learning technologies and behavioural design is a big advantage.
