- Be the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders
- Be a specialist in HR related areas

- Enforce a strong stakeholder collaboration and partnership to meet the business needs of the organization
- Execute standardized HR workflows and processes
- Deliver automated and innovative solutions to the extent possible, while keeping focus on high quality, cost-effective, customer-focused service
- Execute ad hoc cases adapting existing procedures to employee needs

- Higher education degree or experience from similar position
- Enforce stakeholder management and collaboration
- Strong MS Office user and especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in working with EAP systems and a natural interest in working with data and data quality
- Ability to keep an overview while working in a high pace environment
- Detail- and service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in oral and written English
