Would you like to join a young and vibrant team where you will play a key role in the roll-out of strategic projects in dsv Road?
And would you like to use your knowledge of road freight in a challenging position where you work with a vast international network of stakeholders in a global organisation with more than 40,000 employees worldwide?
Ideally, you will be based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen. However, if necessary, you may choose to work out of one of our other European offices.
Contribute to the development and roll-out of strategic projects in dsv Road
You will join our Business Innovation team within dsv Road. Here, you will play a central role in implementing key strategic projects within dsv.
As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of dsv Road. More specifically, you will:
As all our projects are international, you can expect at least 1-2 days of international travel per month.

You will be part of a young and energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to create and lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Lithuania and the Netherlands, we ensure alignment and share insights via Skype and regular meetings.

Experience with Transportation & Logistics and knowledge of change management
To succeed in this role, experience with Transportation & Logistics is important – we can teach you the project management side of things. As you will be in contact with stakeholders across all dsv Road countries, it is important that you have solid communication skills and know how to navigate different work cultures.
You can tackle resistance and your personal impact will contribute to our projects and implementations. Equally importantly, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organised.

- Support the development, implementation and administration of dsv Road strategic projects
- Contribute to the description of products, services and processes.
- Assist in updating documents and processes for our internal projects, while growing your project management skills as well as supporting the BCM Road management team.
- Work alongside and assist our Business change managers with ad hoc tasks to expand your insights into and understanding of our business.
As all our projects are international, you can expect at least 1-2 days of international travel per month.

- Have experience with Transportation & Logistics – we can shape your role according to your level of experience
- Have thorough knowledge of change management and stakeholder management e.g. Prosci/ADKAR
- Have great communication skills
- Are a confident Microsoft Office user
- Speak and write English fluently
