They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to work with hospitals and key stakeholders in developing groundbreaking healthcare technology solutions for the most complex and challenging conditions.
As a Senior Consultant at Medtronic IHS, you will have the opportunity to work with a smaller, agile team of consultants in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will partner with strategic hospital accounts to drive complex transformational changes, optimize operations, and improve collaboration, mindset, and culture. You will also use your strong analytical skills and data-analysis expertise to understand potential and design data-driven solutions that deliver value and achieve agreed-upon targets.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or project management. Experience working in healthcare or life sciences industries is preferred. You should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or project management
- Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel and PowerBI
- Experience working in healthcare or life sciences industries is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
At Medtronic IHS, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants and have access to a wide range of development opportunities both within Medtronic IHS and Medtronic.
The workplace is located in Helsinki or Tampere, Finland, with travel activity up to 25%, mostly working on other projects in the Nordic region.
