IT consultant for our Group ERP system MS Dynamics
Do you want to help implement, manage and support a system, which is crucial to our colleagues in Finance, HR and Procurement? Then this role is for you.
DFDS is in the process of digitizing our back office. The largest project in this process is the implementation of a new ERP system for Group Finance, HR and Procurement.
We are in the early phase of implementing Microsoft Dynamics including D365FO, Talent and multiple ISVs replacing our current finance system Visma amongst other back office systems and 70+ integrations in a web of external and internal built systems.
The position as IT consultant is broad and will include different responsibilities over the coming years as the project goes through implementation to a fully implemented system in operation.
You will be part of a team of skilled IT consultants, who has years of experience in supporting and maintaining our current Finance systems, including Visma and CapNordic.
Main responsibilities
Together with your team members in the FM Finance team you will take part in the implementation project. Here you will play an important role in contributing with your broad knowledge within the MS Dynamics application suite, including D365FO.
You will help build up D365 competences in the FM Finance team plus ensure preparation going from project to operations mode.
Your general Finance knowledge will be needed to assist our FM Finance team in supporting the old ERP Finance system in the transition to the new ERP system. You will help and assist our users of the old and new systems.
In this role you need to be service minded, patient, a good communicator and be able to joggle with many balls in the air at the same time.
You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders from both Finance, HR and Procurement in DFDS House in Copenhagen and our Finance Center in Poznan, Poland. So, some travel time is required.
Preferred professional candidate profile
The ideal candidate has vast experience in supporting and using AX and/or MS Dynamics. You have experience as a business analyst, application supporter and/or experience with implementing a new software system, preferably an ERP system.

• You possess a good IT technical knowledge and business understanding.
• You are a strong communicator English and can ensure written and oral clarity.
• You are a facilitator with teaching skills – important when supporting and training users in the system.
Preferred personal candidate profile
• You can navigate in an environment with many stakeholders.
• You know how to organize yourself and work systematically.
• You are a social person, who engage yourself with colleagues, customers and collaborators.
• You have technical mindset and can learn to navigate in a complex myriad of Finance systems and integrations

The FM Finance team consists of 2 full time employees. Together with the Adonis team, we form the unit Fulfilment Management – People and Finance.
