You will join our Group Strategy and Corporate Development department
As our new Strategy Consultant, you will be part of a diverse and international team and help to solve some of the most important and exciting strategic, organisational and operational challenges Ramboll Group is facing.
We pride ourselves in our resourcefulness and quality of our delivery. Our team forms the basis of the Executive Office, reporting directly to the CEO of Ramboll Group. We are responsible for key strategic priorities such as strategy development and implementation, organisational transformations, new business development (organic and M&A driven), executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management of the Group.

Group Strategy and Corporate Development is part of Ramboll Corporate which is a ~60 staff strong team that includes Group Top Management and drives strategic development and coordinates the operations of Ramboll Principal Business Units. As part of Group Strategy and Corporate Development, collaboration with other Corporate functions such as Digital & Innovation, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Communications, HR, IT and Legal is key to ensure successful implementation of strategic priorities across Ramboll Group.

- Driving the development of strategic knowledge and insights
- Leading workstreams in strategic and transformational projects in small dedicated teams
- Managing student assistants and analysts on a day-to-day basis
- Creating alignment between project stakeholders
- Facilitating discussions with senior management
- Helping to drive yearly recurring corporate tasks such as annual business planning
- Supporting executive management on ad-hoc tasks
- Manage internal development initiatives in Group Strategy and Corporate Development

- Relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field of study from a leading university
- Relevant full-time experience from a similar Corporate Function or Management Consulting
- International experience and exposure through your studies or previous positions
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
- A quick and agile mind combined with a desire to learn and develop
- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to deliver together as a team
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and confidence in communicating with a diverse audience
- Ability to cooperate across organisational and geographical borders
- High attention to detail and quality of deliverables in a high-paced environment
