You will join our Group Strategy and Corporate Development department
As our new Strategy Analyst, you will be part of a diverse and international team and help to solve some of the most important and exciting strategic, organisational and operational challenges Ramboll Group is facing.
We pride ourselves in our resourcefulness and quality of our delivery. Our team forms the basis of the Executive Office, reporting directly to the CEO of Ramboll Group. We are responsible for key strategic priorities such as strategy development and implementation, organisational transformations, new business development (organic and M&A driven), executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management of the Group.

Group Strategy and Corporate Development is part of Ramboll Corporate which is a ~60 staff strong team that includes Group Top Management and drives strategic development and coordinates operations of Ramboll Principal Business Units. As part of Group Strategy and Corporate Development, collaboration with other Corporate functions such as Digital & Innovation, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Communications, HR, IT and Legal is key to ensure successful implementation of strategic priorities across Ramboll Group.

- Helping to build and develop strategic knowledge and insights
- Taking responsibility for analytical and conceptual tasks on strategic and transformational projects
- Presenting findings to project stakeholders
- Helping to deliver yearly recurring corporate tasks such as annual business planning
- Supporting executive management on ad-hoc tasks
- Driving internal development initiatives in Group Strategy and Corporate Development

- Relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or a related field of study from a leading university
- Relevant part-time experience from a similar Corporate Function or Management Consulting
- International experience and exposure through studies or previous positions
- Fluency in English, written and verbal

- A quick and agile mind combined with a desire to learn and develop
- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to deliver together as a team
- Good analytical mind-set and foundation for developing strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to cooperate with a diverse group of stakeholders
