Senior Managers joining our team will lead a practice area, including setting the strategy, leading business development, and overseeing team management, while overseeing project delivery. Sought-after experience includes a mix of the following:</p><ul><li>Issue area: Green Fuels, PtX, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage.</li><li>Service area: management consulting, strategy, finance, analytics, change management</li><li>Industry: Energy Generation & Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy-Intensive Industry, Private Equity</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Inviting bright minds</strong></p><p>In this role, you will join our Global Energy & Utility sector team at Ramboll Management Consulting. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll have a proven track record as an experienced management consultant with an emphasis on the energy transition, sustainability, and/or climate change strategy with international corporations. You’ll drive business development activities within your network and with other Ramboll clients while overseeing high-quality project execution and building the team to support your practice.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with leadership to develop and drive the Energy & Utility sector in the green transition</li><li>Provide overall leadership for defined practice in the energy space, including developing long-term client relationships, building sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and growing and building the capacity of the required team to deliver against agreed-upon practice targets</li><li>Drive sales and opportunities, bridging relevant technical and commercial expertise to build credibility and develop client relationships</li><li>Oversee project delivery with a focus on client management, quality assurance, and building deep, long-term relationships that position Ramboll as the partner of choice for our clients</li><li>Collaborate with Ramboll engineering and EHS experts in deploying integrated energy transition solutions as a marketplace differentiator</li><li>Drive innovation and thought leadership within focus area(s) to stay ahead of client needs and support brand and positioning efforts</li><li>Build sector / offering specific capacity within the team, including providing formal and informal learning opportunities, and driving career development for junior team members</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join us, you will be supported in your personal and professional development. You will gain experience with challenging and complex projects and participate in training tailored to our team and for your professional experience.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>For this role, we believe your starting point is:</strong></p><ul><li>A Master’s degree within one or several of the following areas: sustainability, business or economics, environmental studies, or engineering related to green transition</li><li>Experienced in the energy sector (i.e. green fuels, P2X, CCUS, or other areas within the green transition)</li><li>Some years of experience either as a management consultant from a consultancy / in-house consultancy or from a strategy or sustainability position in an international company</li><li>Strong communication skills and a natural talent for driving progress and succeeding through teamwork</li><li>A reliable, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work</li><li>Open and positive mindset</li><li>Experience in client management and handling different stakeholders in a project</li><li>Professional proficiency in English and preferably in Danish as well (although Danish is not a must)</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Apply online.
