A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our global team of experts and work closely with the Vice President, Mikael Keller, and the department management team.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in management meetings, preparing meeting notes and ensuring follow-up on agreed actions
- Liaising with market directors, portfolio managers and others with or on behalf of the Vice President
- Assisting in preparation of various communication activities targeting internal and external partners (newsletters, portal messages, department meeting presentations, and updating external department site)
- Analysis of performance (both financial and non-financial – depending on your profile)
- Assisting on digital initiatives and manage virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.)
- Acting as an IT coordinator and super-user within Microsoft Office, Teams, etc. for the department
- Organizing management meetings and seminars, including logistical arrangements
- Performing ad hoc tasks

- Have experience with digital platforms (Teams, etc.) and virtual communication
- Excel in Microsoft office package

- It is an advantage if you have experience in providing management support
