About the role
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Consultant to help us create a robust ERP landscape that can support our organisation's growth and the demands of our engineering projects.
You will be part of the Financial Systems Department within Global IT, responsible for ongoing project participation, operation, and optimisation of the Finance ERP Platform.
As our Senior Dynamics Consultant, you will be crucial to the project, leading functional configuration up to Go-live phase one, 1 September 2025, and the continued roll-out.
Furthermore, you will also be key in ensuring governance, support, and continuous improvement of the ERP system. You will be the owner of the cross-organisational operational handbook, setting standards for ERP operational processes in the cloud.

As a Senior Dynamics Consultant, you’ll be:
- Developing the ERP Operational Playbook, including operational procedures, release, deployment, and change management processes for ERP
- Configuring and supporting the Dynamics 365 application, including integrations, extensions, and the support flow
- Coaching and training junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the entire project team to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the Dynamics 365 platform
- Staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, and contribute to the ongoing operation and configuration of the platform
- Problem-solving during project implementation and testing, supporting a smooth go-live and start of operation from 1 September 2025

The miles you’ve walked

- You know your F&O- being hands-on proficient in F&O configurations and second-level problem solving
- At least 5 years’ experience from Dynamics365 Finance & Operations implementations and operations in larger corporate settings, from a consultancy role or internal project member role
- Proficient in operation of IT platforms with experience in driving functional change and release processes
- Well acquainted with finance processes as well as expense and time management areas
- You have demonstrated your ability to drive continuous improvements
- You have a Masters’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as relevant certifications
