As a Lean Agile Process Consultant you are offered the opportunity to improve our processes for delivering value to our customers from start to end. You will work together with various stakeholders from IT development to staff function to ensure a lean delivery process. You will both work on projects with a long-term perspective for how to improve our processes and portfolio management as well as running tasks ensuring efficiency in the delivery process.

This position is based at our office in Roskilde and you will join our Agile Planning & Delivery department. The Agile Planning team is in charge of our delivery process end to end and portfolio execution across bec. We support the organization with efficient execution of deliverables to our customers.

At bec, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely. Your direct manager will be Kathrine Juul Klingenberg Pedersen.

We are looking for a team member, who loves getting complex compliance aligned with simplified processes.

Preferably, you have an educational background at master’s level within finance or IT and at least 3 years of experience from a similar position working with agile in compliance and regulated areas.

Primary task and responsibilities include:


  • Drive projects to optimize our delivery process with an end-to-end ownership and deliver results and solutions that works in a bec context
  • Support to the organization to comply with processes
  • Identify improvements on a short- and long-term basis
  • Prepare decision material for executive management
  • Reporting to executive management

To succeed you will have:


  • Curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
  • Ability to work with many stakeholders
  • Identify areas of improvement and challenge status quo
  • Drive projects from start to end and take ownership of the task
  • Engage in a cross-border team
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience from consultancy, process improvement, IT development or similar

With 20 colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both written and verbal.

It’s nice-to-have:


  • Experience from process optimization in financial services
  • Experience from process optimization in a compliance related area
  • Analytical skills and tooling
  • Experience with working in teams cross-border
