Are you ready join an international team of passionate colleagues as our new Organizational Development Consultant?
You will become part of our Global HR team, with colleagues all over the world and you will have the opportunity to drive, implement and maintain organizational development programs for leaders and employees in NNIT globally.

You will be closely collaborating with the CHRO on strategic work on organizational development. BoD presentations, strategy follow-up etc. Furthermore, the position is responsible for all global leadership programs, our global graduate program, employer branding, the training portfolio etc. This is a key position in securing ongoing revision and adjustment to existing programs and introducing new to support execution of our newly announced strategy.

Competency requirements:
You are an experienced Organizational Development Consultant with at least 5 years of experience from preferably larger international consultancy companies. You already have a broad experience from a similar position, and you are accustomed to using best practice methodologies and tools.
You have a consultancy mind-set and together with your colleagues you take responsibility and drive the organizational training programs. You excel in strong relationships and understand to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across a global organization, as you will have a close cooperation with line of business regarding complex cross-organizational programs, workshops, people development and coaching.
As Organizational Development Consultant you will demonstrate a profound knowledge of NNIT’s business and value chain, and as a trustworthy and professional colleague you will understand to achieve business results and support the overall strategy by implementing and maintaining global training standards to ensure meaningful corporate learning and development programs.
You have a can-do attitude and see the importance of working in a large international company with a very strong culture. It is essential that you are a team player – just like all your colleagues in HR. We take pride in living our values every day, so as an employee you should be able to see yourself in them.
You are used to communicate clearly in writing and orally in both English and Danish.

- Organizational Development: Lead programs in connection to organizational development on culture, transformation, re-org etc.
- BoD material and reporting on HR KPIs: Support to CHRO on HR presentation material to the BoD.
- People Development and Training portfolio: Revise and maintain broader training portfolio.
- Employer branding and the revision and launch of new EVP.
- Graduate program: Program owner from attraction, branding, hiring, and development.
- Onboarding: Own and execute our global onboarding program
- Engagement Survey: New provider / platform to be assessed. Responsible for leading and running the process.
