We are looking for an Identity & Access Management consultant who is motivated by achieving ambitious targets within the Security area.
NNIT are focused on the rapidly evolving area of IAM. Our customers seek our expertise to define and set up the right governance, processes, roles & responsibilities, information-models, role-based models and access rules, as well as the right architectures. So we need to expand our present team with new team players.
NNIT works with several different IAM vendors depending on client needs.
Currently NNIT has chosen Sailpoint and Omada as the preferred IAM platforms. Knowledge within these platforms is preferred but not mandatory for the role.
Your responsibilities as a consultant in Identity & Access Management
You will be part of a team that covers different roles within the IAM team from:
You will join the Identity & Access Management team in either Denmark, the Czech Republic or in Poland, where you will be able to make a difference within the security and compliance area.
You will be working in a Global team and even though we are busy implementing projects we also focus on knowledge sharing and discuss opportunities while ensuring a strong social environment.
The team is part of IT Operations Services responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library).
We are agile in our services, approach and mindset.

Your qualifications and experience
You hold a Master of Science in Engineering, a Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and have gained experience with Identity & Access Management - ideally you have min. 3 years of relevant experience.
You have strong planning, project management and problem solving skills with a passion for owning and driving services to completion, while maintaining compliance with defined policies, standards and practices.
You have excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills and you can communicate clearly English both orally and in writing.
We evaluate applications regularly and we recommend that you apply as soon as possible.

- Working directly with clients to drive identification of requirements & design of new IAM solutions
- Be part of preparing & delivering solution offers to clients
- Lead the IAM design from platform implementation to handover to operation
- Driving the migration strategies from old IAM solution to new solution
- Ongoing advisory towards internal and external stakeholder to ensure changes and optimizations to the implemented IAM Solution
