Zealand is fast advancing an attractive pipeline and gearing up for commercial production.
As a result, the IT department is expanding and will add a new team member to support the business ambitions to become a fully integrated biotechnology company with own products on the market. The new team member will work with Head of IT and stakeholders across the company to support and implement multiple technical projects of varying sizes. We are running mostly on various Windows platforms both on-premise and in the cloud.

Job Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- Supporting users in Zealand in a Windows environment
- Supporting and maintaining SharePoint environments
- Developing our SharePoint environments to be better, workflows, forms etc.
- Installing computers and equipment
- Supporting IT Platforms, Systems and Software
- Writing documentation and updating information regarding the different systems.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years of IT Support experience
- 3+ years of SharePoint experience
- Experience of working in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Customer service mindset
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a high-paced biotechnology environment
- Detailed understanding of IT Infrastructure life-cycle
- Expert level usage with MS Office products and SharePoint
- Solid experience of other Microsoft Products like Windows Client, Windows Server, Cloud solutions
- Excellent communication skills with other colleagues both verbally and written
- Fluent in English.
