Fastansættelse, Freelance - Storkøbenhavn

For a client, we are looking for an IT Business Consultant with strong experience in finance processes within M3. The task is implementation of new M3 functionality and roll out global template for the client. This includes:

  • Participate as project member in application related projects

  • M3 projects and optimisation of business processes in a global company in growth

  • Be a vital player in the ERP project team advising and supporting process owners and users on best practice use of the M3 system and related systems.


Primary areas of responsibility are to:
  • Act as the M3 process and system specialist within your areas of the M3 system.

  • Identify practical solutions within the framework of our standard system by engaging in dialogue with users

  • Handle system configuration, testing, training and documentation in co-operation with our external partners

  • Act as second line support on systems/processes in your areas

  • Support and work with the clients' high requirements for documentation and training standards.

  • Travelling to other locations must be expected


Professional and personale competences:

  • strong knowledge of IT Applications; M3

  • customer minded

  • strong team player

  • excellent communication skills

  • good analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture and derive mid to long term recommendations on way forward

  • ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders

  • diplomatic sense and open/"out of silo" mind-set, ability to build successful relations across functions and with all stakeholders

  • working knowledge of English, both oral and in writing


Weight of importancy:

  • M3 Business Consultant with expertise within finance processes (weighted 50%)


  • Strong experinece with finance master data (weighted 20%)


  • Strong understanding of logistics flows from a finance perspective (weighted 30%).


Start: 01.03.2020
Duration: 6 months + option
Work location: Greater Copenhagen
Requirements: Min. 5 years of professional IT experience.
