For a client in the energy sector, we are looking for a experienced Operational Problem Management Consultant.
Description:
We need you to fill out the role of central operational problem manager, that manages and drives all cross company problems and to assist local teams building their knowledge and competencies in Problem Management.
You will provide operational support and guidance to existing and new problem managers across, helping them identify and drive problems throughout lifecycle. It will be operational and hands on and we expect you to help us increase our maturity and competencies in Problem Management generally speaking.
With the problem pilot running in agile teams we expect you to have some work experience with ITSM/Agile touch points so you can assist local teams, new to problem management and help them and the client to succeed. We expect you to share your work experience in this area, bring valid points and knowledge to the table, assist us with best practices and speed up the operational adaption within our company.
We expect you to be familiar with ServiceNow and able to provide support on Problem Management execution in the tool.
The candidate will work with our existing EPIC and local problem managers and process architects, support the same and occasionally substitute our own strategic Problem Management specialist to the extent this is required.
This is a full-time assignment with immediate start but the manager is flexible regarding start date and allocation provided the candidate is the right fit.
