We are a software business specialising in tools for Agencies and Advertisers. We have an award winning Saas platform called Scope and we are on the start of our exciting journey. We have clients in Brazil, UK, USA so far. Scope’s strength is that it works in a different way and helps remove some set processes of email and word for a better way of working.
The Role:
The Role is to start this team and grow as we grow with client acquision. It’s a customer facing role, that’s hands on. We have already an outline methodology but we look forward to working with you to develop and hone this. You will be managing and delivering all system consultancy, business mapping, training, onboarding and development of resources.
We require a freelancer initially, looking at part time (2-3 days a week, at around £250 per day, to begin with) which could grow into a full time role.
Tasks include:
• Planning, co-ordinating and delivery of all Scope training sessions. These will
be dependent upon circumstance but are mostly online and could be large
group sessions of end users to 1:1 sessions with key stakeholders.
• Identifying client specific needs and building training and implementation
plans around these.
• Designing courses and materials, based upon software updates, client and
business needs and other required circumstances.
• Comfortable writing client materials including end user training materials
(cheat sheets, quick reference guides, handbooks, videos, etc) as well as
management guides (process map flowcharts, project plans, management
and administrator software guides)
• All aspects of promoting and selling professional services resources to clients,
including the promotion of training, business process mapping and project
management.
Facilitating business process mapping sessions, with the aim of gathering all
background information and helping both the client and Scope get a full
understanding how the business process will map into the system.
• On-going monitoring and evaluation of professional services offering,
including training, implementation management, support and business
process mapping.
• Line Management of all new employees who sit within the professional
services teams, as we grow.
• On-going monitoring of support trends and the escalation of issues.
The Person:
• A minimum of 3 year’s experience in the implementation and delivery of
software training and facilitation sessions. At least 1 year of these should be
within the advertising industry or a knowledge of this.
• Previous experience with the end-to-end management of software
implementation projects.
• Experience in designing training programmes based on specific end user
needs.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in facilitating and managing
business process mapping activities within the advertising industry.
• Extensive experience in writing training materials (including but not limited to
user guides, quick reference guides, online training tools) , presentations and
process/workflow diagrams.
