How you might spend your days
As (senior) reward consultant, you'll be working with a passionate, multi-disciplinary HR team where, you'll:
- Drive our compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, promotions, extraordinary salary adjustments, salary benchmarking, and more
- Manage our short and long-term bonus programs, ensuring KPI-follow-up and reporting, allocation of budgets, and facilitation of evaluation and pay-out
- Redesign our career level framework to match the needs of our growing organization, and performing position level evaluations (IPE)
- Ensure compliance and data quality regarding compensation-related data and taxation
- Become the expert and go-to person within compensation & rewards.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- A relevant master’s degree
- Approx. 5 years of experience working with Compensation & Benefits in a larger corporation
- Ability to speak and write Danish and English fluently
- Experience with Mercer’s IPE framework and salary benchmarking is advantageous
