About the role
We are looking for an experienced sustainability consultant to join our multi-disciplinary team of nine sustainability professionals. We work on reducing the pharma industry’s environmental impact. We execute consulting, construction and optimization projects.
We use LCA for decision support, we facilitate ideation, make simulations, develop new approaches and concepts to help our customers make more sustainable choices. We need you to lead projects and play a key role in the development of our offerings to customers.

As Sustainability Consultant, you will be working with a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team where you will be:
- Managing projects and advising on industrial environmental legislation, including the EU Taxonomy
- Developing concepts and procedures to provide decision support of customers and within
- Making calculations on resource consumption, cost benefit analysis and other investigations
- Establishing proposals to relevant management groups, providing training and communication
- Planning and facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentation with project stakeholders
- Working in a team of 9 sustainability experts based in our headquarter office in Virum

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering, natural science or environmental management
- You have 10 years of experience translating environmental regulation and sustainability strategies into
- specific goals and priorities that can be readily applied within the pharma industry
- You are comfortable with taking a leading role in discussions with specialists across different technical areas to optimize processes and integrate sustainability considerations
- You speak and write English fluently
