We are one of the leading incoming tour operators specializing in the Nordic & Baltic destinations. Our clients are based throughout Europe, APAC and LATAM. For our Copenhagen based office, we are currently seeking a part-time service assistant (15-36 hours).

Your most important tasks:

  • Taking care of our lunch scheme from external supplier (ordering, preparing and clearing)
  • Contact to cleaning company and purchase of cleaning items
  • Guarantee that the premises always are clean and organized
  • Clean-up in the kitchen, meeting rooms and in the house in general
  • Purchase of gifts, flowers for the house, etc.
  • Cleaning of coffee machines
  • Welcome our guests
  • Purchase and replenishment of groceries, office supplies, etc.
  • Assisting in our account department during the high season May to Aug.
  • Ad hoc tasks of administrative and practical nature

To be successful in the job, you must be service minded and like to make a difference for others. You are positive and create good vibes around you. You like an everyday life, which is structured, but occasionally also offers unpredictable tasks. You speak and write English. Danish is a plus, however not mandatory.
It will be a definite advantage if you have experience with the office work.

We offer you a flexible job of at least 15 hours a week in a dynamic, growing company where you become part of an informal organization with wonderful and committed colleagues. You must be set on changing working hours between 09-17 and with the possibility for full time during the summer and even beyond depending on skills.
