JOIN OUR PROCUREMENT AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IN COWI VEJLE
In Procurement and Facility Management, you will become part of COWI's Business Support. Procurement and Facility Management is based in Scandinavia. We optimise and streamline procurement procedures and facility services in close collaboration with the business. Our goal is to deliver world-class customer service to both our internal and external customers.
A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
In this position, you will join our small Facility Management team of 3, located in Vejle, which you will be working closely with. It is a full-time position and limited to one year; we expect you to start 24 August 2020. During the employment in COWI, you will gain insight into how a large international organization operates, and you will be able to build up a wide network of professional and engaged colleagues in an informal working environment.
On a day-to-day basis, your primary tasks will be in our Reception, where you will:

- Provide top-rate service when welcoming guests and colleagues
- Take part in the COWI Denmark switchboard service
- Assist in setting up meetings and conferences
- Handle meeting service for external meetings
- On a substitute basis, clean and fill coffee machines, fill up kitchenettes with cups, glasses etc.
- Assist in printing/plotting tasks
- Run errands
- Perform ad hoc tasks

- Be extremely service minded
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
