We are experiencing a great amount of growth and are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager who can help us grow our business through great execution skills!
We have already started to pave the path to a great customer success experience for our clients, and you will help us in paving it even more! We have a strong focus on taking care of our customers and believe that customer success is the way to go to grow a successful business.
You will be working closely with our dedicated Head of Customer Success to manage our customers and help them succeed with our services. As part of the Customer Success team, you will participate in the development of the customer journey and retaining our customers through building strong relationships and applying a proactive approach – with a positive attitude!
We, at CyberPilot have already begun our journey towards becoming active in other European markets. From a strong position in Denmark, we will continue to develop new markets and expand internationally. We need the right person on that journey to drive our business forward while making sure our international customers get the same great experience as our Danish customers.

About the position

Your tasks will be:
- Building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring the quality of customer success
- Manage and improve the customer journey processes in all our services
- Liaison and meetings with customers regarding onboarding, general feedback, and retention
- Be the link between customers and CyberPilot
- Proactively collect feedback from customers
- Keep detailed customer records of customer data and correspondences
- Sparring and sharing insights of the Customer Success processes with our Head of Customer Success
- Proofreading of customer-facing material
- Renewals and additional sales in collaboration with the Sales team
We think you:
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree
- Have some years of experience within the service industry
- Have good project management skills
- Are an excellent communicator and are good at reading people
- Have a positive outlook and a genuine desire to help people succeed
- Are proactive, energetic, and eager to learn
- Are fluent in Danish and English (a plus if you can speak Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch or German too)
- Have a flair for technology
- Analytical skills are a plus
- Experience within cyber security is not a requirement
