Join a new team as part of our Nordic Customer Care unit
At GN Hearing, our goal is to enable our end users to hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible. And in the new team, 7 colleagues are ready to support our Nordic customers with processing orders of custom-made hearing aids or whenever a hearing aid needs repair or is returned.
The customers we interact with are usually health care professionals at hearing clinics, but we also speak directly with end users from time to time.
You handle inbound customer orders
As customer care order processor, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting and processing inbound customer orders relating to custom made hearing aids, repairs and returns. Receiving orders through different channels, you validate these, ensuring that we can process according to customer needs – this is something you will be trained in – and when required, you communicate directly with customers either via phone or e-mail.
Moreover, your key tasks include:
A new team with room to grow
Although this is a newly established team, you can be sure that your colleagues are both dedicated and skilled in their work – and some already have a lot of relevant experience, as they are joining us from another customer care team.
You will also get to work closely with peers in our European operations center as well as with customers from all of the Nordic countries. In short, you will be stepping into a truly international environment that offers new and exciting challenges every day.

Systematic problem-solver with great communication skills

Also, you know how to efficiently plan your time, mastering the art of balancing your sharp attention to detail with your knack for getting things done, thus ensuring that orders are swiftly executed and deadlines are observed. Moreover, your key tasks include:
- Scanning and filing paperwork related to customer orders
- Scanning custom hearing device impressions which we receive from hearing clinics
- Entering and managing order queries in our ERP system – we use CRM Salesforce
- Capturing customer interactions in CRM Salesforce, including customer complaints, which you capture in compliance with regulatory requirements

- Have experience working with customers and know how to offer a high level of service and assistance
- Bring excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Speak English effortlessly as well as either Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish – it is an added bonus if you speak and understand more than one Nordic language
- Are familiar with ERP systems or have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with CRM Salesforce
