Working as a Customer Service Professional, you will engage in technical and commercial dialogue with clients, headquarter and factories in different regions and sub-suppliers in order to diagnose warranty cases and thus create the best customer experience.
There will be opportunities to both work on site as well as from the office in a 20/80 split.
You will manage warranty cases for installed bases and be the main contact person for our sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their works onsite. You will get to handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) from registration in their internal systems to successful closing.
Simultaneously, you will be the trusted advisor for the customers on spare parts for medium-voltage switchgear and provide technical expertise and support with technical offers. You will assist the customers in on-site installation works as well and handle offer- and order management, ensuring alignment with HQ, factories, other regional countries, suppliers, and customers.
Being a Customer Service Professional, you will draw on your practical experience as an electrician and thus your technical understanding of especially MV/LV systems and it is expected to have basic knowledge of Protection and Automation equipment. Your approach to assignments is solution oriented, and you are strong minded and able to handle various stakeholders. You have good communication skills in English, both written and verbally as well.
The position is an unique opportunity to combine your practical experience being an electrician with providing best-in-class customer service and start practicing trustful, professional technical advisory within the field. Throughout your onboarding you will be given an introduction on how to use Siemens systems, so you feel safe and ready to take on your exciting new tasks. You can lean on the support of the rest of the team, as the team helps each other out daily.
As a Customer Service Professional you will be:
● Managing warranty cases for installed base
● The main contact person for Siemens’ sub-suppliers, planning and coordinating their works onsite
● Handling non-conformance reports (NCRs) from registration in Siemens’ internal systems to successful closing
● Advising the customers on spare parts for medium-voltage switchgear and provide technical expertise and support with technical offers
● Assisting the customers in on-site installation works
We imagine you hold following experience and technical qualifications:
● A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an electrician
● Basic understanding of MV/LV systems and basic knowledge of Protection and Automation equipment
● Solution oriented, strong minded and able to handle various stakeholders
● Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
