Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual who loves to communicate and create engaging content? If so, Grundfos has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a student assistant! As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to learn, grow, and contribute to our global Customer Experience framework.
Your Role
As a Student Assistant for Customer Experience Management, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Consultant and Lead Customer Experience Manager to communicate our two customer experience programs, ECSS and Customer Pulse. These programs annually gather over 100,000 customer feedbacks through more than 20 different surveys. Your role will involve working with communication of surveys results, processes, dashboard instructions, and general business support. You will have the opportunity to communicate these topics by creating engaging written content and videoclips for SharePoint and other internal communication channels.
Our team is based in Bjerringbro at the Grundfos Global Headquarters. We operate in a global context, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with stakeholders from diverse cultures. The language spoken in the team is English. We expect you to support our team for 15-20 hours per week, with consideration for your academic commitments. We also understand that your academic schedule may vary, and we are flexible to accommodate for this.
Who We are Looking For?
We are looking for a student who is passionate about communication and customer surveys. While we are open to students from various educational backgrounds, you should ideally be in the latter part of your bachelor’s degree with plans to pursue a master’s degree or have just started your master’s studies.
The ideal candidate
• Will be able to create engaging and informative content on dashboards, survey results, and data collection processes for internal communication channels.
• Should possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Preferable resides in the Central Denmark Region and can work at our Bjerringbro office at least one day per week.
