Are you our new Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator in Commercial Support?

The job is a part time position with approximately 25 hours per week with working hours between 07:00-12:00 Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities


• Reception duty
• Certificate issue
• Reporting to awarding bodies (GWO, OPITO, STCW)
• Control and handle course documents and evaluations
• Purchase contracts from job centers
• Quality assurance (check of pre-requisites)
• Purchasing (course materials, office supplies etc.)
• Improve processes and quality of output
• Check invoicing reports
• Small scale telephone and email duty
• Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for


You are outgoing, detail oriented and enthusiastic with a robust character. You will be highly driven, able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important. You have a strong sense of responsibility and take pride in a trusted area of work.

You are able to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and written and be proficient in the use of MS Outlook and MS Office products. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
