We are now looking for a Customer Service Officer. In collaboration with the customer and our project, you will be helping Nordea to get to know our customers and their need for banking services.

In our team, we add value by limiting Nordea’s risks of customers living abroad. This is done through dialog with the customers and clarifying their needs for services provided by Nordea.

You will join a small project team of 5 people, but who are a part of a much larger scope. We aim with success at delivering high-quality work which is among the best performers in Nordea in our area.
