About Us

SkatePro is a Danish e-commerce company specializing in action sports equipment, located just outside Aarhus. We cater to enthusiasts of skateboarding, skiing, BMX, surfing, and more, offering expert advice tailored to each customer's needs.

With a strong presence in multiple markets and a customer base filled with passionate action sports fans, we are currently seeking a dedicated, English-speaking colleague to join our Customer Connection Team. In this role, you will help guide customers from around the world to find the perfect products to fuel their passion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service on an international scale.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Translate website content and contribute to SEO efforts.
  • Offer support and guidance on products related to skateboarding, surfing, BMX, skiing, etc.
  • Ensure that every customer feels valued and receives outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Experience with our products and a genuine interest in the action sports environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a talent for working well with others.
  • A passion for helping and advising customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable in an informal, open office setting.

Additional Information

  • Location: Head office in Søften, just north of Aarhus.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week, with shifts between 9 am - 8 pm on weekdays and some weekend days during peak seasons.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
