At KaffeKapslen, our customer service department is a big part of our success. Our enthusiastic employees are always ready to help our many customers with the challenges that online shopping can bring and answer the questions that may arise in the search for the perfect cup of coffee. In addition, customer service is our eyes and ears, and an important weapon in our efforts to get to know our customers, and make sure the customer journey is great from start to finish.
About you
For our skilled customer service department, we are looking for a German-speaking employee to help us answer customers from France, French parts of Belgium, and Switzerland. We are looking for a colleague who is hungry to be part of a growing company, where you have an influence on your everyday work-life, and who thrives on periods of bustle.
Whether you have experience with customer service does not matter, the most important thing for us is that you enjoy talking with people, are solution-oriented and structured. You will receive thorough training from one of your colleagues, at your own pace, so we ensure that you feel confident in your role.
It is important to us that you speak fluent and flawless French, preferably as a mother tongue. However, it is not a requirement that you speak Danish, as all internal official communication takes place in English.

The job takes place at KaffeKapslen's domicile in Hasselager, just south of Aarhus, to which several buses go. The position is full time, ie. 37 hours per week, which in the period between 8-17, Monday to Friday.
With us, there is no limit to your growth, and we are happy to cultivate your potential. We therefore always pay according to the qualifications of the specific candidate.
