For 14 years, we’ve designed and sold accessories for men to help them tell their stories. We’re growing fast and need a Customer Support Coordinator to board the rocket. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 5. With the help of 25 freelancers, we support 100,000+ daily visitors in 25+ markets. In addition to contacting customers and supporting our remote team, you’ll work on projects to improve our customer support and optimise our workflows.

You’ll be in direct contact with our customers to gain an understanding of their needs and the service we provide. Most of our supporters have been with us for years, and establishing open communication, effective customer handling, and good vibes throughout will be a big part of your job.

About the role
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you’ll join a team of 2 who manage our freelance teams. You’ll be in direct contact with our customers to gain an understanding of their needs and the service we provide. Most of our supporters have been with us for years, and establishing open communication, effective customer handling, and good vibes throughout will be a big part of your job.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate a team of 8-10 freelance supporters and help them troubleshoot customer issues and solve problems.
- Organise the work schedules of freelancers to make sure our support lines in your markets are covered.
- Support through mail, phone, and chat to ensure you know our customers and workflows.
- Improve and optimise our customer service in collaboration with our freelance support team.
Who you are:
- You have experience with online customer service. You like talking to people - both customers and colleagues.
- You're proactive, work independently, and can prioritise tasks.
- You speak and write English fluently. Other language skills (incl. a basic understanding of Danish) are a big plus.
- You’re an excellent communicator, have a great sense of humour, and are definitely a people person.
