Every day we at Campaya help a big number of German, Danish, and Dutch travelers to find the perfect holiday home for their next vacation. A lot of our customers book accommodation directly on our website. Others have questions and need guidance throughout the process.
This is where you come in!
Right now, we are looking for a new German-speaking customer service agent for our office in Horsens. It is an advantage if you also are fluent in Danish or Dutch both orally and in writing.
Your job will focus on helping people who are looking for a holiday home for their next holiday in primarily Europe.
Because of this, you will have the chance to spend your days helping and making a positive difference for people who are dreaming of and planning their next holiday.

About Campaya
Campaya Holiday Homes was founded in 2013 and we have since then helped thousands of travelers from Germany, Denmark, Holland, and the rest of Europe get their dream holiday.
Our rental platform is available in ten different languages, and we are renting out a very large number of holiday homes throughout Europe.
Our office is located on Erhvervsbyvej 11 in Horsens. It will to some extent be possible to work from home in this position but the major part of your time will be spent in our office.

We are looking for
- A colleague with fluent German language abilities both orally and in writing
- An open-minded person with a positive can-do attitude
- A person who loves and is passionate about travel and helping people achieve the best possible holiday
- Strong language abilities in either Danish or Dutch as well as German
- A solid understanding of the use of IT and various basic computer programs
- We DO NOT expect you to have a long and highly relevant CV. You might have that - but you can just as well be more inexperienced within this field of work. The most important thing is that you have a positive can-do attitude and are willing to learn!
