We take the success of our customers incredibly seriously and are looking to add a new Finnish-speaking member to our Finnish Team to make sure we can keep delivering on our proactive approach to customer service.
This position will be based in our Copenhagen office.
Day to Day Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager you will deliver effective and proactive assistance to our Finnish and Estonian speaking customer base and directly influence the success of our customers. You will do this by delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end users, training and advocacy.
We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills, an interest in web communication, and a passion for sharing their knowledge. Next to this the ideal candidate has a passion for ensuring satisfaction and making customers successful in their digital presence.

Core Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts
- Onboarding new clients and educating existing accounts via presentations and webinars, online or onsite
- Increasing renewal rates and reduce churn
- Following key account metrics and client health
- Identifying target accounts for upsells and new opportunities for sales
- Helping customers with website and Siteimprove Platform related queries
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate and understand which customers require our training services
- Maintaining Siteimprove Platform and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer relationships
What We Require of You
- Customer service driven.
- Proactive in your desire to help and add value to our customers.
- Highly organized and articulate.
- Excellent written and verbal skills; in both Finnish and English.
- Inquisitive mind with ability to think on your feet.
- Diligent approach to your work.
- General interest in web.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- Able to lay out technical content to different audiences (technical and non-technical end users).
What We’ll Love About You
- Website management experience (web editor, marketing coordinator, etc.).
- Experience in one or more of these fields: web content creation, Accessibility, SEO, SEM, Analytics.
- Screen-share / training experience.
- Knowledge of one or more Content Management Systems and HTML.
- Client-facing experience.
- Worked in a SaaS related environment.
- Data driven
