Nordiccom Communications in Copenhagen is looking for a Finnish-speaking part-time customer service consultant for finance
Nordiccom Communications is expanding our customer service team and therefore looking for a new collegue to our projects within the financial business.
The task consists of contacting our current Finnish bank customers with a service call. The job is suitable for students and all who want to earn extra.
You will work indepently but within the team with mutual goals and helpful collegues in an international environment.
We expect you to be commited, disciplined, result orientated and with a good energetic personality.
Working hours will be certain days a month as agreed. We offer fixed salary, good collegues and attractive facilities in the middle of Copenhagen, in Gammeltorv. You will recieve a thorough training.
Nordiccom Communications ApS is a Nordic company in growth placed in the heart of Copenhagen. In Nordiccom we are specialized in customer service and advising existing customers over the phone. Here you will meet both Danes, Swedes and Finns. Nordiccom consists of about 85 employees devided into different teams. Our projects are primarily within B2C customer service and sales in banking and finance. In Nordiccom we emphasize professionalism, but it is also important that we enjoy our work. Our goal is that our employees become skilled at their work and achieve good results and high customer satisfaction, therefore there will be thorough training of new employees.
