SENIORITY LEVEL: Executive Level

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking to fill 2 roles, one with focus on our Danish retail customers and one with focus on our Swedish e-commerce markets, both located in Copenhagen.
As Customer Service and Transport Executive you will be part of the Supply Chain Department, which has a central place in the Nordic organization and that brings you in contact with various functions outside Supply Chain. In this job you will get cross-functional learning and development opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
The role is based in our ambitious and dynamic Supply Chain team and the main purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of products to our Danish customers. Furthermore, you will support and develop the processes to ensure we meet our business goals.
You will help supply products On Time in Full. Your knowledge and motivation are to deliver high quality customer service and have an eye on the detail are what matters, because that’s what will deliver the business strategy.
As our new colleague in the Supply Chain, Customer Service Team, you will be working with fellow motivated and service minded professionals. We are a dynamic team who work hard towards the same goal. Common for the whole team is our drive to grow as an organization, grow as individuals and deliver On Time in Full in all we do.
The role will lead the activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to our deliverables.
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Reporting Level: Manages Self
Geographic Scope: Local
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Manage daily order process – ensure that our Danish customers receives their orders and invoices.
- Manage product returns process from customers.
- Stock reconciliation with 3PL.
- Support Customer Manager with destruction process and various projects.
- Internal SOX reporting.
- OTIF service level monitoring.
- Processing orders, create debit and credit memos, and ensure SAP movements between storage locations.
- Daily engagement with 3PL for customer order status and alignment.
- Support customers with knowledge sharing and build strong relationships.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Business or University degree or similar gained from experience from a similar role.
- Passionate about delivering high quality customer service and motivated by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Pay attention to detail and able to manage various tasks at the same time.
- Building up good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and engagement skills, with the ability to drive and own your responsibilities.
- Work independently with strong organizational skills and able to solve problems proactively, stress resistant and a team player in the same time.
- Commercial awareness and attitude with a collaborative and flexible style.
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools.
- Has the ability to prioritise, is resilient and organised with a structured approach.
BENEFICIAL
- Knowledge about ERP systems e.g. SAP
- Experience from the FMCG industry and fluency in Danish is considered an advantage
