To succeed in the Executive Assistant role, you will need to be good at stakeholder management, facilitate the execution of projects and operational tasks within strategic focus areas on the behalf of the VP. You are expected to be ahead of the schedule and support her running the business and the governance of her area.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support the VP on all business areas with a high level of confidentiality
- Represent the VP when needed and appropriate
- Act as “an extension” of the VP on specific hot topics
- Drive and/or contribute to key projects, probably within Global Omni Operations 2026 Strategy as well as other business areas
- Data analysis on selected areas – both reactive and proactive
- Create presentations and recommendations for the VP and her management team
- Prepare and facilitate Management meetings townhalls and other key meetings
- Create and maintain a reporting structure, incl. tracking of relevant KPI’s
- Assist on the deployment and execution of the Global Omni Operations 2026 Strategy
You are expected to have some knowledge in Operations and/or Supply Chain, but not in-depth, as long as you are a fast learner and have a strong business understanding from other posts.
Experienced business partner with a strong sense of priority who aspire to be an ideal team player
You are expected to work with a high level of integrity and confidentiality, displaying a collaborative approach and mindset. Besides that, we expect that you have/are:
- Master degree or equivalent education
- 5 years of relevant experience within Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, management consulting. Experience with communication is a plus
- High level of structure and ability to balance and prioritise numerous tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create communication material at an executive level
- Humble, yet ambitious with a can-do attitude
- Great with people, easy to approach and good at taking initiative
- Ability to work, navigate and maintain direction and progress in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment, acting as a PMO for the key initiatives driven by the VP
- Strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture combined with a hands-on “go-do” approach
- International mindset and experience working in global organizations with cultural differences

In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Global Omni operations, together with other 5-6 senior leaders. This team is responsible for the global supply chain planning and OMNI distribution of finished products and POS material and customer service across the globe, besides running corporate functions such as Operations Development and Supply Chain Planning.
