YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As our Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our B2C Customer service team, with focus on providing excellent experience and service for our e-commerce and in-store customers. The role involves being the main point of contact for our customers, our 3PLs and to have a close collaboration with internal departments such as e-commerce, retail, tech and logistics.

This role is an important addition to our growing business, where besides being responsible for daily operations, you will be involved in setting the future direction for our customer service department and play an important part in driving this area forward as the business continues to grow. In addition to this you will become a key player in creating trust in all customer interactions, and secure great customer experience by serving our customers with dedication and commitment.

We are continuously working on improving our efficiency by standardizing processes and automating our tasks and we are therefore looking for someone with a strong technical flair and great attention to details. You are customer-centric by nature and your communication skills are first class. To succeed in the job, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and agile environment and you are positive and independent with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities ahead of you

  • Point of contact for e-commerce and in-store customers
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as e-commerce, retail, tech team and finance, to ensure orders are processed according to SLAs and customers are receiving the service they expect
  • Coordination of deliveries, returns and specific customer requests with our warehouse partners
  • Responsible for ensuring a high service level towards all B2C customers by supporting the continued growth within retail and e-commerce

TO HACK THE SYSTEM YOU MUST HAVE…

  • 1-2 years of experience within customer service or similar area and/or a bachelor's degree within a similar field
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. French and/or German is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Good technical flair and preferably experience in Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems
  • Flair for numbers, as well as a good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with a high sense of details and passion for service
  • Experience with working in a global environment and with omni-channel services is an advantage
