Job Summary
Customer Support consultants that speak both German and Danish for our Koge office. Within the said role your primary roles and responsibilities is helping our customer via phone or email. To ensure high level of customer support it would be helpful if you have some experience with customer services and retail industry. However this opportunity is ideal for someone who has keen interest in IT and Customer Support. If want to explore your career in IT, K3 is offering your great platform to learn and perform.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with support in 1st and 2nd level regarding our soft- and hardware over phone and email.
- Setup and configure our system in cooperation with our customers.
- Deliver the system on-site at the customer.
- Educate our customers - both end users and HQ users in the use of our system.
- Create internal and external manuals
- Testing our systems in cooperation with our development department.
Experience and Skills
- It is vital that you speak German and Danish fluently. The support will primarily be handled in German and Danish.
- You must some experience with IT and preferable some experience with retail industry such as retail sales agent or shop manager or shop support agent.
- An experience with POS software is preferred
- You must possess excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Open minded. Doesn't posses 9 to 5 mentality
