To strengthen our team we are searching for a Key Account Advocate at our fast growing Site in Risskov.
Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for working directly with departmental managers, key account managers and customer service to ensure that planning, production activities and communications are appropriate to support efficient manufacture of oligonucleotides for key accounts.
Areas of Responsibility:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to (learn to) perform each essential function satisfactorily.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate customer requests for key accounts
- Communicate timelines to key account customers on key projects and designated focus accounts
- Shipment scheduling, including coordination with customers, production and shipping for key accounts
- Work within a team environment to ensure successful execution of key account orders
- Coordinate product forecasting information between Sales team and clients
- Coordinate with Global Key Account Team team on account specific pricing structures
- Provide proactive communication to key accounts and/or Strategic Account Managers when there are delays anticipated for any key account orders
- Help generate supporting data for Key Account business reviews
- Provide the Customer Service Team with important information regarding key accounts and possible leads.
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills:
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Must work independently and be self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and problem solving abilities are required
- Must be a team player, flexible and willing to help others as needed to ensure that customers are taken care of efficiently
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Experience in data analysis and FileMakerPro is a plus
- Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
